This is a very large cottage. It is located on an EMS lane with a shared beach area. It does have a sand area and a small swim area for the young children. A larger area for the teens and adults at the end of the 90 foot pier. It is approximately 5 foot deep at this area. Enjoy sunning and fishing off the pier with easy access to the water. This is a very comfortable cottage, perfect for your family or a couples get-a-way.
While this cottage is not lake front it is just feet away from the waters edge. One of my best times of the day is to get a cup of coffee walk outside the cottage while the dew is still on the ground walk down to the lake. If you are quiet you will see the bass swimming along the sea wall. We have a pier to fish off of and to park a boat. This cottage is located on the North side of Big Barbee Lake on a quiet EMS lane. Enjoy the quiet mornings sitting on the deck or perhaps walk out on the 90 foot pier to enjoy the sunrise. The pier is easy access to the water And for some sunbathing.
The beach is located about 300 feet from the cottage. This is not lake front and is a shared beach. It is on a well so if you don’t like the well water you might consider bottled water. The deck outside has a gas grill and gas, along with table and other seating.Everything you need for outdoor fun. Gas grill and lawn chairs, and picnic table also. Just bring you bug spray and beach towels.
